Conditions for redeeming vouchers (shopping vouchers and gift vouchers) and coupons (as part of discount offers and special promotions) at www.man-shop.eu and www.neoplan-shop.eu

The following conditions apply to all vouchers (shopping vouchers and gift vouchers) and coupons (as part of discount offers and special promotions) from www.man-shop.eu and www.neoplan-shop.eu, unless otherwise stated.

Coupons (as part of discount offers and special promotions)

Usability

  • Each coupon forming part of a discount offer or special promotion can only be used and redeemed one time.
  • Only one coupon forming part of a discount offer or special promotion can be used per order.
  • Only one coupon per purchase can be redeemed by each customer.
  • Combining with other coupons/vouchers is not possible.
  • It is not possible to make cash payments or retroactively credit amounts against orders of coupons that have already been placed.
  • Coupons can only be used at www.man-shop.eu or www.neoplan-shop.eu for the products offered on those sites.
  • Coupons cannot be transferred to another customer account.
  • Resale of coupons is prohibited.
  • Pre-ordered items are excluded from this offer.
  • Coupons cannot be set against shipping costs.
  • If the total purchase amount in the shopping basket is less than the value of the coupon, the remaining balance will expire.
  • Coupons cannot be used for books or magazines, or for the purchase of gift vouchers.

Validity

Coupons forming part of a discount offer or special promotion will expire according to the promotion period stated on the online shop sites www.man-shop.eu and www.neoplan-shop.eu as well as in the newsletter, and are only redeemable during this limited period.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value for redeeming coupons forming part of a discount offer or special promotion is €10 net.

Returning items

If you exercise your right to return, the discounted purchase price will be refunded. No claims can be made for reimbursement or replacement of the coupon.

If problems unexpectedly occur with a coupon, please contact us by e-mail: man-merchandising@star-cooperation.com. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible, quoting details including: your customer number, the voucher code, any system error messages, and the browser that you are using.

Validity

Vouchers (shopping vouchers and gift vouchers) are only redeemable for a limited time. Vouchers become invalid at the end (on 31 December) of the third year following the purchase.

Returning items

If you exercise your right to return, the discounted purchase price will be refunded.

Buying shopping vouchers and gift vouchers

If offered in the shop, vouchers can be acquired like normal items. As soon as you have bought a voucher and it has been activated following a successful order, you will receive your voucher code along with the order confirmation. After completing the order, you can also download the voucher as a PDF.

Shopping with vouchers

As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it towards paying for your order. You have the option to redeem your credit balance during the order transaction. If your credit balance is less than the product value, you must choose your preferred payment method to settle the remaining amount. If your credit balance is more than the product value, the remaining balance of course remains available for your next order.
